I patiently waited for a response back because I knew that they have been having computer problems with the update. They had done. Got a call back within three hours. Got my order shipped out overnight I received it and was very pleased the way it was packaged into the cooler with ice packs. I am looking forward to keep using them Thank you for the prompt response.
